If my item(s) arrive damaged, how can I get it replaced?

We pack each and every parcel with as much care and love as possible to try to prevent any damages but unfortunately, these things can happen. Please contact us within 2 business days with photo(s) of your damaged items to customerservice@wicksandarcher.com. Once your claim as been assessed, a refund will be shipped out to your original shipping address or a refund will be processed via your original form of payment. 

How can I track my parcel? How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email. Your AUSPOST tracking number will be in your shipping confirmation email. Our candles are made to order - 
Please allow up to 3-4 days for your items to be shipped and up to 5 days during sales.
Auspost STANDARD delivery times are as follows: 
Same state: 2 - 5 business days. 
Interstate (metro to metro): 3 - 6 business days. 
Auspost EXPRESS delivery times are as follows: 
Same state: 1- 2 business days. 
Interstate (metro to metro): 2 - 4 business days. 
Please allow extra time due to COVID-19 restrictions and delays. 
Once your item has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot control how long Auspost takes to deliver your items. 

 How can I take care of my Soy Candle?

Every one of our Wicks & Archer candles come with a Wood Wick Candle Care card. These cards are great to keep and quickly refer back to. Soy candles need a little TLC to ensure you get the most of our your candle each and every burn. Please check out our Candle Care in the sidebar menu to find out more information on how to properly burn your Wicks & Archer Candles.   

Are your products vegan and cruelty free? 

We only buy and source ingredients for our products that do not contain any animal products and are not tested on animals. We have carefully chosen suppliers who also hold up the same values as us.
