If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us within 2 business days from receiving your item with a photo(s) of the damages. Once we have assessed your claim, we will contact you with two options. You are able to choose to have a replacement be sent to your original shipping address or a refund will be processed via your original payment method. We do not refund change-of-mind returns or exchanges, nor do we provide store credit, unless your item(s) arrive damaged as stated above.

Colours of candle wax, Torso melts and Snap Bar Melts may have slight colour variations within different batches as we do small made to order batches. Some fragrance oils will change the natural colour of the wax and diffuser liquid mixes. Frosting may also occour on natural soy products. This is simply the wax attempting to return back to it's natural crystallised state. As we don't use additives in our products - frosting on Torso melts or Snap Melt Bars, especially our darker colours are more noticeable. These all do not affect the quality of the candle or scent throw and are purely cosmetic.
